Join old friends and make new ones as the Columbia SoCal poetry and wine lovers gather for their 22nd consecutive bi-annual meeting. Ed Hakim chairs this festive get together, this time, at the lovely home of Colleen Mirassou near the west border of West Hollywood.
For those unfamiliar with this event, it is a very casual and relaxed get together where some attendees read their own work, some their old favorites, and others simply kick back and enjoy the wine, cheese, and fruit buffet. If you are moved to share a dramatic work in place of one in verse, feel free to share it if you wish. Let's see if we can't throw in some Haiku this time.
ADDRESS: 9026 Vista Grande Avenue, West Hollywood, CA 90069. This is one-half block east of Doheny Drive, and three blocks south of Sunset Boulevard.
PARKING: Street parking is available and should not be a problem on a Sunday afternoon.
COST: $10.00 for CUAASC members and their guests; and $12.00 for non-members.
